KU MED ORDERS-All Large Orders REQUIRE 24 Hours Notice

For Catering Orders (over $150)

Order online from our KU MED Catering menu HERE. You can order up 60 days in advance. Please indicate:

  •  Items you would like to order (please note: for catering orders over $150 only items listed on the catering menu are available-Melt sandwiches not available for catering.)
  • Time and date you would like the order
  • Carryout or delivery (10% delivery charge)
  • If your organization is tax-exempt
  • Whether you would like to pay at the time of order or you would like to be invoiced. 
  • Use the special instructions area to add names to the labels of each item if desired

  • Online ordering maximum is $750. For orders greater please email us directly to coordinate

*Spokes Coffee|Café is set up as a vendor in the Workday system.

For Group Orders (Under $150)

Order from our regular online orderin HERE. You can order up to 30 days in advance. Set the order date and pick up time in the top right corner. WE DO NOT OFFER INVOICING OR DELIVERY FOR ORDERS UNDER $150. (please note: for group orders under $150 only items listed on the regular takeout menu are available)
  • Feel feel free to request "please make boxed lunch" in the special instructions area of one of the items and we will package each item in a box with a label
  • Use the special instructions area to add names to the labels of each item if desired
  • For tax-exempt orders, once you submit your order forward your email receipt to catering@spokeskc.com along with your tax-exempt letter attached and we will refund the tax the next business day. We will email a revised receipt.
